What is Bridging Loan?
Bridging Loan is utilised when you have two properties due to settle, one that you are
purchasing and the other that you are selling, and you require a loan to BRIDGE the time
between settlement.
For example, your home has been sold and it settles on the 30th of June 2000, and the property
you purchased is due to be settled on the 1st of June. In this instance, you can use Bridging
Finance to cover the debt of the existing home until it is settled 30 days later.
Bridging Loan can be from one week to six months depending on your requirements.
