I had fallen victim to credit card debt from a previous business venture, and was paying a high interest rate from a previous broker telling me I had no other way to buy my home. Buying your first home can be an extremely daunting task and I don't know what I would have done without the professional advice and support from Alex Webster and the team at Better Asset Management (BAM).
My first home was an investment property and it was a very scary decision to make but Alex helped me understand the endless jargon that banks, agents, solicitors employ. Without his patience and dedication I don't think I would have gone through with the project as the hidden extras on top of the purchase price were mind-blowing but at least most of these were outlined in our initial consultation. I felt extremely comfortable dealing with Alex as he explained things in simply layman's terms and was always happy to answer the endless stream of questions that I had.
